Cancellation Policy / Ακύρωση
If an Event has to be cancelled for unforeseeable reasons, the Pan-Hellenic Union of Registered Enologists will inform the participant immediately and refund any participation fees already paid. In any case, liability is limited exclusively to the participation fee. Claims for damages of any kind against Pan-Hellenic Union of Registered Enologists due to the cancellation of an Event are excluded unless they have been caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of Pan-Hellenic Union of Registered Enologists
Εάν μια εκδήλωση πρέπει να ακυρωθεί για απρόβλεπτους λόγους, η ΠΑΝ.Ε.Π.Ο. θα ενημερώσει αμέσως τον συμμετέχοντα και θα επιστρέψει τα έξοδα συμμετοχής που έχουν ήδη πληρωθεί. Σε κάθε περίπτωση, η ευθύνη περιορίζεται αποκλειστικά στο κόστος συμμετοχής. Αξιώσεις για κάθε είδους ζημία εναντίον της Πανελλήνιας Ένωσης Πτυχιούχων Οινολόγων (ΠΑΝ.Ε.Π.Ο) εξαιτίας της ακύρωσης εξαιρούνται, εκτός εάν έχουν προκληθεί από βαριά αμέλεια ή πρόθεση εκ μέρους της ΠΑΝ.Ε.Π.Ο.

Pan-Hellenic Union of Registered Enologists is entitled to cancel the event if a minimum number of participants is not reached or a specific lecturer is not available.
Η Πανελλήνιας Ένωσης Πτυχιούχων Οινολόγων (ΠΑΝ.Ε.Π.Ο.) έχει το δικαίωμα να ακυρώσει την εκδήλωση εάν δεν επιτευχθεί ο ελάχιστος αριθμός συμμετεχόντων ή ένας συγκεκριμένος λέκτορας δεν είναι διαθέσιμος.

The webinar is recorded on digital audiovisual media. The speaker’s image, speech and presentation materials are recorded. The recorded data are formatted in compliance with graphic standards and additional information such as chapter headings may be added. The resulting recording may be digitally distributed, respecting the time synchronization and the sequence of the presentation. This recording is distributed over the Internet via the youtube channel of Pan-Hellenic Union of Registered Enologists. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.
